Product Specialist, Neuro

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Oversee a specific product portfolio within the neurosurgery sector, driving sales and marketing initiatives throughout Finland.

• Meet sales objectives by recognizing opportunities and nurturing essential customer relationships.

• Provide educational support to customers on the product portfolio through both technical and clinical training as well as product demonstrations.

• Evaluate market data to refine territory strategies and aid in decision-making processes.

• Serve as the company's representative at industry exhibitions and events, showcasing products and fostering connections.

• Engage actively in both the pre-tender phase and the tender submission process, offering market insights and product knowledge.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong commercial experience within the MedTech industry.

• Proficient in developing long-term, business-enhancing relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

• Self-driven and takes complete ownership of the assigned product portfolio.

• Background as a nurse, ideally with specialized training in surgery and/or anesthesia, or equivalent experience in the MedTech or healthcare field.

• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and the ability to think critically under pressure.

• Strong communication skills applicable across all levels of the patient care team.
