Product Specialist – Enterprise AI

📋 Description

• Develop and utilize AI tools such as JLL GPT and Custom Assistants

• Produce user manuals and onboarding resources

• Serve as a primary advocate for AI integration

• Convert user insights into enhancement proposals

• Maintain extensive knowledge of the AI products offered

• Create and update a comprehensive knowledge base

• 2–4 years of experience in product support, product operations, or a similar field

• Practical experience with generative AI tools

• Strong and confident communication skills
