• Take Ownership: Lead the roadmap and lifecycle for your designated area, beginning with integrations and the API partnerships that enhance quoting reach.
• Manage Complexity: Deconstruct abstract business objectives into actionable technical requirements, demonstrating confidence when priorities change and direction is unclear.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Establish success metrics (KPIs) for your products and leverage data to set priorities.
• Leadership: Serve as the primary product leader for a development team and its stakeholders, possessing the credibility to guide the work and earn respect.
• Agile Management: Oversee backlogs, roadmaps, and planning, ensuring the team has a continuous flow of "ready" tasks.
• Quality Control: Guarantee that the output aligns with the quality standards anticipated by our users and stakeholders.
• 3-5 years of direct experience in managing digital products (Web, Mobile, or SaaS).
• Technical fluency: You possess an understanding of what an API is, its functionality, and the capabilities it enables.
• Experience: A proven track record of successful delivery within an agile environment (handling backlogs, sprints, and standups).
• Data literacy: Proficient in utilizing data and research to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Self-direction: A proactive individual who identifies opportunities and drives them forward.
• Communication: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
