Product Enablement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and facilitate the delivery of internal enablement for our quarterly product launches.

• Collaborate with our Product and Product Marketing teams to ensure the impact of our product improvements is effectively translated into actionable communication for our sales teams.

• Equip teams to engage with clients in a way that is consistent and effective throughout every interaction.

• Work alongside our CS Ops Program Manager, VP of Success, and VP of Services to develop skill enhancement tracks and coordinate a quarterly enablement calendar for all post-sales positions.

• Design and manage certification programs for new hires in Post Sales.

• Promote effective internal communication to ensure stakeholders can easily locate content as needed in real-time.

• Contribute significantly to our content management strategy and administration of both current and upcoming tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a technical enablement or technical role (such as Sales Engineer, Solution Consultant, Customer Success Manager, Professional Services, Product Management, etc.) that involves ongoing development and training programs.

• Demonstrated ability to be a “doer” who takes initiative and accomplishes tasks effectively.

• A strong commitment to fostering the growth and success of others.

• Capability to excel in uncertain environments and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach; able to define key metrics and assess the progress and success of your initiatives.

• Enthusiasm for modern learning methodologies. Experience with virtual training, micro-learning, personalized learning paths, and learning reinforcement is highly valued.

• A technology enthusiast who enjoys engaging with systems, exploring APIs, and configuring platforms.
