This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Design, configure, and test Adaptive Planning – Workforce Planning solutions within Workday.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with workforce planning strategies and organizational objectives.
• Convert business requirements into technical specifications and functional configurations.
• Act as the Subject Matter Expert for various planning processes, including Headcount & Cost, Resource & Capacity, Strategic Workforce, and Talent Planning.
• Analyze and enhance Workday Strategic Workforce Planning solutions.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence, Digital/IT teams, and vendors to guarantee that solutions fulfill broader HR and business requirements.
• Partner with HR Technology leadership, business stakeholders, and end-users to maximize Workday functionalities.
• Lead testing initiatives to ensure smooth integration with existing systems.
• Provide production support for Adaptive Planning, including troubleshooting and analysis.
• Stay informed about Workday releases and evaluate their impact on the Adaptive Planning solution in use.
• Keep documentation current and clear, including user guides, job aids, and training materials.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage integrations with systems such as Oracle Hyperion, Planisware, and others.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Over 3 years of experience in HR Technology projects.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with functional configuration of Workday Adaptive Planning for Strategic Workforce Planning.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, HR, or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of Strategic Workforce Planning and HR practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Proven capability to work autonomously across different time zones.
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Agile frameworks, and tools such as JIRA.
• Experience with Mergers, Acquisitions, and Divestitures.
• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in creating documentation, including user guides, project flowcharts, project and test plans, as well as preparing presentations.
