• Acknowledged as subject matter experts (SMEs) in Measurement & Learning products.

• Tasked with converting product features into clear, precise, and impactful content.

• Develop foundational training and professional learning materials.

• Collaborate with Instructional Design to create and sustain asynchronous courses.

• Conduct live product training sessions and offer ongoing Q&A assistance.

• Create and manage support resources for educators.

• Oversee the governance of knowledge-base content to guarantee accuracy and consistency.

• Act as a product SME to assist with RFP submissions.

• Work alongside Marketing on messaging related to product features.

• Generate and oversee ISBNs, ensuring proper assignment and cataloging processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, or a related field.

• 3–5+ years of experience in developing professional learning, training materials, or product documentation.

• Proven experience in producing high-quality instructional and enablement materials.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge in MTSS, behavioral, formative, and/or interim assessment practices (preferred).

• Experience within K–12 education or edtech settings (preferred).

• Background in supporting go-to-market initiatives (e.g., RFPs, sales enablement, training) (preferred).
