This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Act as the primary business and product authority within the organization, cultivating in-depth knowledge of products, customers, processes, and the market.
• Play a role in constructing and enhancing the product value proposition.
• Encourage and mobilize individuals and teams to drive substantial product advancements.
• Discover and pursue opportunities for portfolio expansion and development.
• Evaluate customers, market dynamics, competitors, trends, data, and regulatory shifts.
• Transform insights into actionable initiatives to enhance products, introduce new offerings, increase usage, facilitate cross-selling, and integrate solutions.
• Oversee the product lifecycle, evaluating performance, adoption, value creation, and areas for improvement, evolution, or repositioning.
• Establish and monitor product health and success indicators.
• Convert data into insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Assist in formulating business cases by assessing market potential, customer impact, revenue prospects, costs, risks, and anticipated returns.
• Contribute to prioritization strategies and roadmap creation.
• Investigate connections between tax products and financial solutions, aiding in the development of new journeys, services, and business models.
• Engage in strategic discussions with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Organize and disseminate product and business knowledge.
• Relevant experience with technology products, ideally in B2B settings and mission-critical solutions.
• Capacity to comprehend intricate business challenges and convert them into product opportunities.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to formulate arguments and guide decisions.
• Exceptional communication and influencing capabilities, fostering effective relationships across various functions and levels.
• Proactive and ownership-oriented profile, capable of identifying necessary actions and rallying the appropriate individuals.
• Excellent communication skills, able to distill complex topics for diverse audiences.
• Systems thinking, linking product, technology, operations, customer experience, and financial outcomes.
• Ability to acquire and share knowledge, serving as a reference and multiplier within the organization.
• Preferred: familiarity with the electronic tax document market, tax compliance, or tax technology.
• Preferred: experience with financial products or services, particularly payments, receivables, collections, reconciliation, or financial infrastructure.
• Preferred: experience in developing products that integrate data, transactional processes, and financial services.
• Preferred: background in technology companies with B2B products and integration across multiple systems.
