This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Generate demand for the company's products while meeting the sales targets assigned by the organization.
β’ Drive sales performance to ensure that sales forecasts and budgets align with or surpass expectations for both therapeutic areas and territories.
β’ Develop and sustain a comprehensive understanding of market trends, demographics, and managed care information relevant to the designated sales territory.
β’ Ensure product listing within the accounts in the assigned territory.
β’ Guarantee customer coverage and the implementation of marketing activities according to the strategic plan.
β’ Facilitate the timely availability of medications.
β’ Adhere to all regulations concerning interactions with healthcare professionals, the distribution of samples, and other related activities.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Science or Business.
β’ 3 to 5 years of sales experience in the Oncology field.
β’ Thorough understanding of customers, the territory, and the Oncology market.
β’ Proven success in meeting sales targets.
β’ Experience in organizing and implementing sales and marketing initiatives in the territory.
β’ Strong customer-centric approach and engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
β’ Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
β’ Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work well as a member of a team.
β’ Employees have the option to work remotely.
