πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Lead the sales efforts for Adobe GenStudio.

β€’ Coordinate cross-functional teams to analyze market trends, assess customer requirements, and evaluate the competitive landscape in the generative AI and content sectors.

β€’ Shape the future by leveraging customer analytics and data-driven insights to craft detailed segmentation strategies for target markets.

β€’ Work in partnership with marketing, sales, and product teams to guarantee the alignment of go-to-market strategies with overarching business goals.

β€’ Take ownership of results by formulating and executing a plan that prioritizes accounts, serving as a roadmap to exceed sales quotas.

β€’ Identify and generate a sales pipeline within a designated portfolio of named accounts.

β€’ Monitor and assess the success of go-to-market initiatives, delivering regular reports and insights to the sales ecosystem.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ At least 5+ years of experience in large enterprise-level software sales.

β€’ Proven experience in developing go-to-market strategies, along with a hands-on understanding of the technologies and tactics needed for successful execution.

β€’ Extensive knowledge of the Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Experience Manager Assets, and Workfront, as well as familiarity with our AI solutions.

β€’ A demonstrated history of success with a record of consistently exceeding sales quotas.

β€’ Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment, focused on shared goals and metrics.

β€’ A proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative; understanding the objective is to dominate the category for GenStudio, while being adaptable and passionate in internal and customer interactions.

β€’ In-depth knowledge of the marketing technology industry, including direct-to-consumer and/or business-to-business models.
