This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• The primary role of the Product Specialist is to manage Allergan’s relationships with its customers, including physicians and pharmacies within the designated area.
• Strategically enhances the awareness and appropriate application of assigned AA products.
• Accountable for the sales performance of the assigned product portfolio.
• Formulates, oversees, and executes business plans and programs in the specified geographic region to not only meet growth objectives but also to foster long-term loyalty and commitment from customers based on ethical standards.
• Responsible for sales performance by facilitating order collection or engaging customers in placing orders, while presenting commercial policies and seasonal offers.
• Achieves the quantitative goals set for the designated geographic territory.
• Develops sales strategies that align with the overall strategic plan of AA.
• Utilizes the portfolio to enhance market share of AA products within the territory.
• Cultivates and manages relationships with key internal stakeholders.
• Establishes long-lasting customer relationships grounded in ethical principles.
• Conducts presentations and organizes group events for healthcare professionals (HCPs), as well as engages with contacts on a personal level.
• Provides training and support regarding the proper use of AA products.
• Identifies new opportunities within the territory for strategic synergies and target group development.
• Plans daily activities based on actual targeting to achieve set sales objectives.
• Maximizes time spent with customers through effective monthly and daily call planning using the CRM system and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Demonstrates effective use of the budget.
• Regularly updates the business plan and implements enhancements.
• Complies with the company's ethical code and promotional strategy.
• Experience in the commercial healthcare sector and/or medical aesthetics or a similar field (2 – 3 years in a Product Specialist, medical representative, or equivalent position).
• Holds a degree-level education.
• A demonstrated history of meeting sales targets.
• Possesses a valid, preferably clean, driving license.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
