This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers (PED) to establish and prioritize product requirements, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with user expectations.
• Capture, document, and convey client requirements to the core team while following the agreed format to indicate priority.
• Proactively identify and manage risks and dependencies across cross-functional teams, advocating for solutions and facilitating efficient execution.
• Develop, implement, and execute effective testing strategies to ensure the quality and performance of the deployed features.
• Document technical specifications and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our development processes and tools, fostering a culture of innovation and agility.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, proactively recommending opportunities for product improvements.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
• Deliver client training and education on Ready Software tools.
• Work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to optimize AI utilization, identify risks/blockers, and promote continuous improvement in workflows.
• Bachelor's degree focusing on computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2-3 years of experience in an engineering role.
• Strong grasp of Agile development methodologies and experience in cross-functional team settings.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• A passion for creating user-friendly and impactful products.
• Capability to independently manage multiple tasks and effectively prioritize under pressure.
• Builder mentality with proven experience in client-facing roles.
• Proficient in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code in at least one relevant programming language (e.g., React, Python, etc.).
• Demonstrated understanding of user experience (UX) principles and practices.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Basic knowledge of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and web APIs.
• Proficiency in AI model monitoring, data validation, and automation tools.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, agile environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• A passion for user-centered design and clean coding practices.
• Ability to operate independently and thrive in ambiguous situations.
• Experience with AWS Bedrock, Python (including SQL knowledge), CI/CD (Docker, AWS), MLflow + Airflow (preferred), and Langchain or Pydantic-AI.
• Knowledge of LLM model evaluation, RAG architectures, LLM MCP servers, and LLM prompt engineering & function calls.
• Competitive salary with significant equity potential; salary range is $125,000-$140,000.
