This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Conduct daily triage of PSOC alerts and assist with incident coordination, containment, remediation, recovery, and closure.

• Aid in the investigation of security events across cloud application stacks and integrated vehicle architectures utilizing available logging and telemetry.

• Collaborate with PSOC teams globally to ensure uniform monitoring, investigation, and incident response services.

• Ensure effective continuity and transitions for ongoing security events.

• Identify operational challenges and provide insights to enhance detection logic, tools, and response workflows.

• Work alongside the Cyber Incident Response Team (CIRT), Product Development, and Enterprise IT to implement response playbooks and manage complex mitigations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 2 years of experience in cybersecurity, security operations, or a comparable technical domain.

• Proficient understanding of incident response lifecycles, escalation processes, and incident management practices.

• Experience with API security and familiarity with cloud security operations on one or more major cloud platforms, including logging, monitoring, identity, and response workflows.

• Exposure to embedded vehicle cybersecurity, or a proven eagerness to learn in this area.

• Capability to perform effectively in a dynamic 24x7 operations environment, including shift-based coverage.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting incidents and collaborating with technical teams.
