Mid-Level Cybersecurity Analyst – Access Management, IAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the lifecycle of identity and access management, encompassing onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding.

• Manage the granting, modification, assessment, and revocation of access to corporate systems.

• Perform regular permission assessments to identify excessive, inappropriate, or conflicting access levels.

• Assist in the development and improvement of access matrices, policies, and security measures.

• Recognize risks and opportunities for enhancing identity and access management processes.

• Create and improve automation to enhance the efficiency, security, and scalability of IAM processes.

• Investigate the use of Artificial Intelligence for access analysis, anomaly detection, and process optimization.

• Aid in audits and monitor access governance as well as compliance metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).

• Understanding of provisioning, deprovisioning, and access review procedures.

• Familiarity with authentication, authorization, SSO, MFA, and permission management.

• Comprehension of least privilege, segregation of duties, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).

• Experience in access governance, risk assessment, and Information Security frameworks.

• Awareness of ISO 27001 and Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD).

• Possess an analytical, organized, and proactive approach.

• Exhibit autonomy and accountability in fulfilling responsibilities.

• Capable of collaborating effectively with various teams.

• Interest in innovation, automation, and the practical implementation of Artificial Intelligence.

• Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.

• Preferred qualifications: IAM process automation, scripting, APIs, integrations, Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions, Privileged Access Management (PAM), data analysis, dashboards, and digital transformation initiatives.
