This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate a robust technical proficiency in Gas Insulated Switchgear.
• Take charge of meeting Order Intake and profitability objectives.
• Comprehend the RFQ and understand customer demands.
• Initiate the tendering process: Go/No Go decisions, setting target prices, defining value proposition parameters, and devising winning strategies.
• Prepare and deliver compliant and appealing proposals while adhering to technical feasibility, compliance, market conditions, profitability, and risk management.
• Negotiate contracts by leading the clarification process and addressing outstanding concerns.
• Formulate and implement a strategy to expand products in targeted markets and identify key accounts.
• Collaborate with regional commercial teams to enhance market share.
• Provide guidance and support to channel partners.
• Keep commercial databases updated with accurate information.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• At least 10 years of experience in the utility industry in a role with similar responsibilities.
• Willingness and capability to travel up to 25% of the time domestically, with some international travel required primarily for direct customer engagement.
• Availability for an intensive international training period lasting up to six months.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
• Technical support and training for the Sales Team and Customers.
