This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Create a comprehensive business strategy to surpass sales objectives in collaboration with the CEO and cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers on validated opportunities.
• Work across departments to devise and execute tactics and strategies aimed at expanding Cribl’s Storage & Analysis business.
• Oversee and sustain the complete sales ecosystem, from lead generation to closing sales.
• Assist clients in recognizing the value of Cribl’s Storage & Analysis offerings throughout the sales journey.
• Clearly communicate our value proposition throughout the organization.
• Accurately forecast and achieve sales targets within the Storage & Analysis product lines.
• Travel throughout the United States, approximately 25-35% of the time.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise/Strategic sales or pre-sales within the Security (SIEM & Observability) or IT infrastructure sectors.
• Proven experience with at least one early-stage start-up organization with fewer than 1,000 employees.
• A track record of successfully securing large upsell and cross-sell/expansion deals.
• Experience in selling through a channel-led approach.
• Ability to thrive in an environment without a predefined playbook.
• Familiarity with the MEDDIC sales methodology.
