Product Sales Manager, Software

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert for DMS.

• Propel sales of iDOO RMS+ and upcoming digital products by supporting Regional Sales Managers and distributors during client visits.

• Execute software demonstrations and provide technical presentations.

• Educate dealers and internal sales teams on digital manufacturing solutions.

• Create ROI analyses and business cases tailored for customers.

• Identify strategic opportunities within current machine tool accounts.

• Facilitate implementation support in collaboration with technical teams.

• Collect customer feedback to guide future product development.

• Represent DN Solutions at trade exhibitions, open houses, and customer events.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of Industry 4.0 trends, AI applications, and manufacturing software.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Information Systems, or a related field experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in manufacturing technology, industrial automation, machine tools, manufacturing software, or Industrial IoT.

• General familiarity with: CAD/CAM, machine monitoring, OEE, OPC UA, MTConnect, MES, ERP integrations.

• Exceptional presentation and communication abilities.

• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.

• Experience collaborating with distributors or dealer networks is highly preferred.
