
Product Sales Manager, Robotic Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Lead sales of robotic solutions within end-user accounts and enhance ESAB and EWM's market presence among the integrator network.
• Establish, cultivate, and maintain a proficient integrator and reseller network throughout North America.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at increasing revenue across the Robotics, WeldCloud, HKS, EDGE, TBi, and EWM product lines.
• Actively engage with end-users by presenting the complete ESAB and EWM value proposition to boost market penetration and share.
• Develop and enhance both direct and indirect sales channels to meet regional sales objectives.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the entire Robotic Digital Solutions (RDS) portfolio, including WeldCloud, HKS, EDGE, TBi, and EWM, with assistance from ESAB Application Engineers and product specialists.
• Offer technical sales support, conduct product demonstrations, and provide customer training when necessary to foster positive commercial results.
• Advocate for ESAB and EWM products with a significant emphasis on Robotics, Digital, HIP, and High-Technology offerings.
• Oversee strategic relationships with key clients, integrators, and partners.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred; alternatively, a decade (10 years) of successful industrial sales experience may be accepted in place of a degree.
• Proven track record of above-average sales performance over the last three (3) or more years.
• Demonstrated experience in selling intricate technical or capital equipment solutions, ideally within the robotics, automation, or industrial technology sectors.
