
Product Sales Executive – Women's Health

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Meet business targets for the designated territory, including the penetration of accounts with product, solution, and service offerings.
• The Product Sales Executive will be responsible for clinical product positioning, delivering product presentations, and facilitating clinical discussions.
• This role will involve guiding the creation and implementation of strategic account plans to ensure the achievement of designated business objectives and budgets.
• Develop, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with key management within the customer organization.
• Support management in formulating sales plans and strategies, while also creating forecasts, budgets, and operational plans for product sales channels.
• Ensure that Account Executives possess adequate knowledge of XP Women’s Health Products to effectively drive business.
• Travel requirements include up to 70%, averaging 3-4 days per week.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an advanced degree where applicable, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales or product specialist position, preferably within the healthcare sector.
• Proven experience in handling substantial quotas and managing lengthy sales cycles, along with a demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding those quotas.
• Must have experience with sales quotas and forecasting processes.
• A track record of successfully meeting and surpassing sales targets is essential.
• A clean driving record is required.
