This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Evaluate laboratory workflows across emergency, inpatient, and outreach environments to pinpoint opportunities and assist in the creation of targeted sales strategies.
• Utilize market and competitive knowledge to aid in account planning and uncover avenues for growth and expansion.
• Connect with customers by aligning Beckman Coulter solutions to their operational and clinical requirements, providing clear and impactful product presentations.
• Develop a solid understanding of Heme/UA technologies and employ sales tools (e.g., SFDC, PowerBI) to assist in territory planning and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate across functions to implement territory plans, support pipeline management, and help achieve revenue targets.
• A Bachelor’s degree with over 2 years of sales experience, or a master’s degree with 0–2 years of experience.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes (prospecting, qualifying, closing, and account support), ideally within the healthcare or diagnostics sectors.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to effectively engage a variety of customer stakeholders.
• Proficiency or willingness to learn sales and analytics tools (e.g., SFDC, PowerBI) to facilitate territory execution and tracking.
• Willingness to travel 50%-75% of the time.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
