📋 Description

• The ideal Sales Executive II establishes trusted relationships, formulates customized sales strategies, and successfully closes intricate deals that integrate Fiserv more significantly into clients’ financial operations.

• Generate leads and drive profitable revenue within the designated territory or accounts.

• Create strategies, tactics, and account plans to identify, qualify, and acquire new clients.

• Oversee the swift progression of leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring prompt closure of business.

• Utilize executive-level contacts to enhance account engagement and stimulate demand.

• Foster long-term client relationships founded on mutual value and trust, resulting in repeat business.

• Secure funding for client initiatives by connecting Fiserv solutions to client business challenges.

• Maintain precise sales pipeline forecasting in the eCRM system.

• Share industry insights, solution expertise, deal strategies, and sales best practices with the sales community.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of direct selling experience.

• Bachelor’s degree and/or an equivalent combination of education, work experience, and military service.

• Proven success in selling to merchants and corporate finance organizations, including Fortune 1000 and middle market clients.

• Experience in selling treasury, cash management, deposit, or liquidity solutions is advantageous.

• Strong comprehension of cash management strategies, short-duration investments, and liquidity optimization.

• Experience in developing strategic sales methodologies and account plans.

• Experience in leveraging executive contacts for broader account coverage.

• Proven expertise in crafting and delivering business solutions.

• Experience managing client expectations and ensuring satisfaction.

• Experience in building and utilizing internal/external industry networks.
