📋 Description

• Assist the Product Relations Manager in creating an optimal product configuration framework in collaboration with manufacturing, distribution, and other supply chain functions.

• Aid the Product Relations Manager in sustaining processes between Supply Chain Operations and Product Development to guarantee the consistent implementation and quality monitoring of product design frameworks.

• Ensure that product hierarchies and attributes align with business reporting needs while adhering to enterprise standards for product configuration, master data, and data integrity.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on product configuration and customer experience in relation to supply chain operations workflows and capabilities.

• Collaborate with Product teams to establish high-level physical product configurations for new offerings, assessing operational costs, fulfillment timelines, unit counts, scope and sequence, page counts, and other relevant factors.

• Ensure timely availability of finished product files for supply chain functions and overall fulfillment readiness.

• Work alongside Operations, external vendors, and Product teams to pinpoint process enhancements and opportunities for cost savings.

• Support the Product Relations Manager in compiling a comprehensive list of all physical items included in products to determine the physical format of books, product configuration, pricing, manufacturing and fulfillment standards, while understanding and communicating operational and production costs for market readiness.

• Oversee item data processing requirements for all departments (sales, marketing, product development, supply chain) while managing and executing data quality checks against specified standards.

• Develop and uphold product setup standards across business systems, including Bills of Materials (BOMs) and item master data.

• Ensure product data meets the requirements of Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain, encompassing contracts, samples, purchasing, vendor management, fulfillment, and product versioning.

• Collaborate with the internal Implementation team and customers to facilitate an efficient materials and entitlement onboarding process, in addition to addressing delivery issues, defective or replacement materials, or enrollment concerns for managed accounts valued between $1M-5M.

• Communicate risks and escalate issues to Amplify Supply Chain and senior leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

• 1+ years of experience in managing print production and/or materials kit production.

• 3+ years of project management experience.

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service to strategic clients.

• Intermediate financial knowledge, including margin calculations and ROI analysis.

• Experience in supply chain and/or continuous improvement (preferred).

• Ability to think strategically while juggling multiple competing priorities (preferred).

• Self-motivated individual who enjoys addressing challenges in a fast-paced setting (preferred).

• Capacity to excel in a high-energy, dynamic environment (preferred).

• Enthusiasm for sharing insights and driving actionable results (preferred).

• Collaborative approach with the ability to work across various cross-functional teams (preferred).

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities (preferred).

• Experience in the education technology sector (preferred).
