Product & Regulatory Legal Counsel – Apprenticeship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Product compliance: aiding in product development to guarantee adherence from the design stage, through market introduction, and throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• Regulatory oversight: ensuring that the legal and operational teams maintain accurate and current regulatory knowledge to facilitate and streamline daily business operations.

• Continuous tool enhancement: creating and implementing tools and methodologies that simplify and improve the workflows of the legal and operational teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (M2) program in Technology Law or Digital Law, preferably with an emphasis on trust service providers.

• Must be joining under an apprenticeship contract.

• Familiarity with regulations relevant to trust service providers, particularly eIDAS v1 and v2, as well as GDPR.

• Proficient in both written and spoken communication in French and English.

• Detail-oriented and exceptionally organized.
