Product Recruiter – Contractor

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for impactful technical positions, especially in software engineering and platform development.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to create strategic hiring plans, leveraging talent insights and market trends to drive decision-making.

• Provide an exceptional candidate experience that is genuine, transparent, and aligned with our mission to foster real-world connections.

• Actively build talent pipelines, focusing on hard-to-find, highly skilled candidates in competitive markets.

• Utilize recruitment data and funnel metrics to enhance process efficiency and inform discussions with stakeholders.

• Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and help cultivate diverse, high-performing teams throughout the Playlist ecosystem.

• Represent Playlist at industry events and recruiting opportunities, serving as a brand ambassador for our technology organization.

• Work collaboratively across departments with People & Culture to ensure hiring objectives align with company-wide priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in full-cycle technical recruiting, particularly in software or product-focused environments.

• Familiarity with technical concepts such as programming languages, system architecture, and contemporary development workflows.

• Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring for challenging roles in fast-paced tech companies.

• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (we utilize Greenhouse) and converting data insights into actionable strategies.

• Adept at balancing strategic hiring objectives with providing an excellent candidate experience.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a talent for guiding and influencing thoughtfully.

• Strong commitment to building diverse teams and promoting equity throughout the entire hiring process.

• Comfortable collaborating across different time zones and adaptable to shifting priorities.
