Product Performance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Provide support for Product Operations tools, such as Aha!, Pendo, Replit, and various AI-enhanced platforms.

• Assist in the development of AI solutions, prototypes, and workflow automations that enhance the efficiency of Product Management and streamline the Product Development Lifecycle.

• Aid in the maintenance of product health dashboards, adoption metrics, and reporting to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Document processes, standards, and best practices in Product Management.

• Identify potential areas for optimizing Product Management workflows and enhancing operational efficiency.

• Assist in evaluating, testing, and implementing new tools in Product Operations and AI functionalities.

• Collaborate with Product Management and cross-functional teams on operational projects and initiatives for continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.

• Relevant experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or a similar role.

• Familiarity with platforms such as Aha!, Jira, Pendo, Replit, Power BI, or similar applications is advantageous.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Capability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team setting.

• Inquisitive, proactive, and enthusiastic about learning new technologies and AI tools.
