Product Performance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist in the management of Product Operations tools such as Aha!, Pendo, Replit, and other AI-driven platforms.

• Contribute to AI solutions, prototypes, and workflow automations aimed at enhancing the efficiency of Product Management and streamlining the Product Development Lifecycle.

• Aid in the upkeep of product health dashboards, adoption metrics, and reporting to facilitate data-informed decisions.

• Create documentation for Product Management processes, standards, and best practices.

• Discover opportunities for optimizing Product Management workflows and enhancing operational efficiency.

• Assist in the assessment, testing, and implementation of new Product Operations tools and AI functionalities.

• Work in collaboration with Product Management and cross-functional teams on operational initiatives and ongoing improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a relevant field.

• Relevant experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or a related area.

• Experience with Aha!, Jira, Pendo, Replit, Power BI, or similar tools is advantageous.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Capacity to work autonomously and collaborate efficiently within a team setting.
