Product & Packaging Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement design layouts for packaging, labels, product manuals, and promotional materials.

• Organize and oversee die lines, printing specifications, color profiles, and production documentation.

• Generate high-quality 3D renderings for internal presentations and sales decks.

• Utilize AI design tools to enhance efficiency throughout the creative workflow.

• Assist in creating graphics as required to boost e-commerce performance.

• Work collaboratively with our digital/DTOC design team and leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong command of English (both written and spoken).

• Capability to work remotely while proactively updating on progress.

• Established professional background in packaging design.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and 3D rendering software is crucial.

• In-depth knowledge of print production processes, packaging engineering (die lines), and file preparation.

• Proven curiosity and experience in leveraging AI tools to accelerate design processes and productivity.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a substantial volume of SKUs (30-40+ annually).

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a track record of working independently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard business applications (email, spreadsheets, document management).

• Creative thinker, highly adaptable, dependable, self-driven, and confident.

• Quick learner of new systems, software, and workflows.

• Capacity to comprehend and adhere to established processes accurately with minimal oversight.

• Willingness to work U.S. Eastern Time (New York) business hours and adjust as needed by the business.

• Interest in long-term career prospects.

• Access to a reliable computer (Windows 10 or newer), dual monitors, and stable high-speed internet.
