Product Owner, UI/UX Research

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Overseeing and prioritizing the product backlog

• Gathering requirements from operational teams and converting them into clear, actionable tickets for the development team

• Serving as a bridge between development, business units, and operations

• Designing user flows, wireframes, and mock-ups

• Utilizing UI/UX research to inform product decisions based on the needs of various target audiences

• Providing close support during implementation, addressing any unresolved questions, and taking ownership of the product

⛳️ Requirements

• Relevant experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar capacity

• Hands-on experience in UI/UX research as well as in developing mock-ups and user flows

• Strong grasp of business processes and diverse user demographics

• Quick learner with a structured approach and effective communication skills

• A passion for taking ownership and driving initiatives independently

• Experience working collaboratively with development teams and business units is a plus

• Eagerness and enthusiasm to grow alongside the company
