User Researcher, Student Worker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Define and evaluate comprehensive user research activities to enhance the member experience team.

• Organize and conduct usability studies.

• Collaborate with the project manager following go-lives.

• Ensure user insights are integrated into implementation enhancements.

• Design research studies and prepare testing materials.

• Oversee participant recruitment and maintain quality standards.

• Manage unmoderated testing using UserTesting.

• Monitor tests in real-time and make adjustments as necessary.

• Analyze results by reviewing recordings and identifying usability challenges.

• Document findings, transforming them into clear, actionable insights.

• Generate concise reports and maintain a comprehensive research log.

• Develop materials for both internal and member-facing sessions.

• Work closely with Design, Product, Marketing, and other teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in UX/User Research or a related discipline.

• Strong expertise in research design.

• Demonstrated ability to distill complex feedback into clear, actionable insights.

• Exceptional communication skills for crafting written reports and presentation materials.

• Comfortable collaborating with Design and Product teams.

• High attention to detail, excellent organization skills, and the ability to manage multiple studies simultaneously.

• Nice to Have: Experience in the financial services, payments, or fintech sectors.

• Familiarity with Figma/Miro and standard product/design workflows.

• Experience with continuous discovery methodologies.

• Knowledge of Confluence and Jira for documentation and issue tracking.
