Lead Designer, UX Research and Prototyping

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

• Design and oversee comprehensive discovery and user research methodologies.

• Develop functional prototypes that guide engineering choices.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure stakeholder alignment.

• Streamline client experiences to save time and reveal insights.

• Extensive experience in UX research, product design, or a similar role with transferable skills, typically around 7 years.

• A portfolio showcasing functional prototypes, rather than just polished mockups.

• A proven dedication to UX craftsmanship comparable to leading products in the industry.

• Experience in high-growth or scale-up environments.

• High level of agency and ownership.

• A proactive approach and an iterative mindset.

• Proficiency with prototyping tools that extend beyond basic design software.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Demonstrated leadership in AI-enhanced design methodologies.

• Full professional proficiency in English.
