This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Define and take ownership of the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the company’s goals and priorities.
• Collect and assess business requirements, converting them into clear, actionable user stories with specified acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, technical complexity, and impact on customers.
• Facilitate effective communication and alignment among technology, product, and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and DevOps teams to guarantee timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Conduct acceptance testing and validation of new features prior to their release.
• Monitor and evaluate product performance utilizing tools such as Power BI or similar; iterate based on data insights and user feedback.
• Contribute to post-launch activities, including documentation, knowledge sharing, and product training.
• Oversee and manage the payments squad for Argentina, Chile, and other markets, ensuring alignment of the roadmap across all regions.
• Track and manage payment acceptance rates with providers and merchants in each market, proactively identifying and resolving any drops or anomalies in performance.
• Maintain active, product-level relationships with payment providers in the countries where we operate, collaborating with their product teams to align on roadmaps, integrations, and new capabilities.
• Ensure adherence to local payment regulations in Argentina, Chile, and other markets, remaining informed about regulatory changes that may affect product strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role focused on product execution.
• Domain expertise in fintech, payments, or consumer platforms within the LATAM region; experience in Argentina and Chile is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Demonstrated ability to manage product delivery in cross-functional, remote teams.
• Comprehensive knowledge of product discovery, backlog management, and stakeholder alignment.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Power BI, and Monday.com.
• Knowledge of SQL and observability/monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Kibana) is considered a significant advantage in the selection process.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
