• Oversee and enhance the PAM ecosystem, ensuring seamless operations across all functions.

• Develop additional functionalities in the CMS to promote operational efficiency.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to improve services within the unified platform.

• Propel the ongoing enhancement of system capabilities beyond fundamental account management.

• Optimize workflows for marketing, customer support, and compliance teams.

• Guarantee that unified player profiles are readily available for effective decision-making.

• Minimize operational friction through system integration and process optimization.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager in a dynamic, agile, digital environment.

• Strong capability to convert business requirements into well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Highly organized, methodical, and detail-oriented in managing priorities and delivery timelines.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across various cross-functional teams.

• Data-driven approach focused on enhancing user experience and conversion rates.

• Proactive problem solver capable of managing multiple priorities and taking initiative.

• Strategic thinker skilled at identifying opportunities through market and competitor analysis.

• Comfortable troubleshooting issues and liaising with internal teams and third-party vendors.

• Enthusiastic about developing high-quality, user-centered products.

• Preferred: Experience in the Gaming, Forex, or Crypto sectors.

• Experience in customer onboarding and conversion processes.

• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent product-focused certification.

• Familiarity working with remote, distributed teams across various time zones.
