Product Owner, Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the product owner in collaboration with the development team.

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of the operational workflows of stores and franchisees.

• Convert business requirements into concise, well-articulated user stories for the technical team.

• Prioritize the backlog considering:

• Revenue impact

• Operational effectiveness

• Customer satisfaction

• Network scalability

• Facilitate refinement sessions, planning meetings, and validation processes.

• Oversee deliveries to ensure they align with business objectives.

• Establish metrics and monitor indicators of product success.

• Collaborate with departments such as Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Expansion.

• Champion digital innovation projects and process automation initiatives.

• Ensure uniformity across franchises while upholding governance and scalability.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Previous experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Product Analyst.

• Proficiency in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

• Experience in close collaboration with development teams.

• Strong analytical capabilities and systems thinking.

• Effective communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.

• Familiarity with franchise networks or retail settings.
