This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the digital infrastructure that facilitates patient acquisition, qualification, engagement, and conversion across Flourish Research's nationwide clinical trial network.
• Create, construct, and manage qualification screeners and intake forms using SurveySparrow, supported by Gravity Forms and WordPress as part of the web stack.
• Design dynamic screener experiences incorporating conditional logic, branching, scoring, hidden fields, and workflow triggers.
• Spearhead the transition from study-specific screeners to a unified mega-screener model.
• Enhance screener quality for leads, completion rates, and operational efficiency through A/B and multivariate testing.
• Oversee the entire process of screener production from protocol availability to live deployment.
• Manage Marketing Cloud Engagement for customer journeys, segmentation, SMS, email, and dynamic content.
• Utilize Salesforce Sales Engagement for managing cadence, outbound recruitment workflows, and tracking call center activities.
• Design and refine CRM workflows across Quickbase and Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Control the Quickbase environment, encompassing apps, tables, relationships, formulas, roles, and Pipelines.
• Manage the Vonage contact center and telephony platform, including IVR, queues, routing, agent enablement, and the transition from screener to call.
• Ensure the integration of systems including Vonage, Salesforce, Quickbase, SurveySparrow, WordPress/Gravity Forms, lead sources, and related applications.
• Develop automated workflows using Quickbase Pipelines, Zapier, native Salesforce automation, and Marketing Cloud journeys.
• Assess new technologies and AI-driven workflows in collaboration with Applied AI.
• Create multi-touch attribution pipelines linking marketing sources to patient milestones.
• Manage UTM governance, referrer tracking, and definitions of source-of-truth.
• Construct campaign performance reports in Looker Studio, GA4, Power BI, and Salesforce.
• Oversee the technical operations of WordPress properties, including themes, plugins, and Gravity Forms.
• Handle domain administration, DNS, and SSL across the entire web presence.
• Own the Marketing Technology roadmap, backlog management, prioritizations, releases, UAT, and communication with stakeholders.
• Convert leadership priorities into sequenced tasks and collaborate cross-functionally with Data Infrastructure, CRM, Clinical Systems, Applied AI, Marketing, Recruitment, Call Center, and Site Operations.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field is required, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least eight years of experience in marketing operations, CRM management, digital systems, or lead management infrastructure.
• Proven hands-on experience managing a patient acquisition or similar demand-generation stack.
• Advanced expertise in building qualification workflows and survey screeners using SurveySparrow or similar platforms.
• Experience with Quickbase, Salesforce, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud Engagement, and Sales Engagement.
• Direct experience managing a contact center and telephony platform; preference for Vonage, with Five9, Genesys, or similar acceptable.
• Hands-on experience with Quickbase, Zapier, SurveySparrow, WordPress/Gravity Forms, GA4, and related systems.
• Proficient in Salesforce reports, flows, custom objects, and SOQL.
• Experience in healthcare, clinical research, or a regulated industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, CTIA/SMS compliance, and TCPA regulations.
• Previous hands-on experience as a player-coach in marketing technology or digital operations.
• Knowledge of conditional logic, branching workflows, data collection strategies, and screener/survey optimization.
• Proficiency with Marketing Cloud Engagement journeys, segmentation, and dynamic content.
• Understanding of multi-touch attribution, UTM governance, referrer tracking, source-of-truth reconciliation, and milestone attribution.
• Familiarity with API integrations, webhooks, JSON/REST patterns, and workflow automation.
• Ability to write and review PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Understanding of IVR design, queue management, and call routing.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or Microsoft Copilot.
• Product ownership experience, including backlog grooming, user stories, UAT, release management, capacity transparency, and stakeholder communication.
