This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Decompose initiatives into manageable, regularly deliverable increments of value while evaluating outcomes with customers and stakeholders.
• Establish trusted relationships with customers and users, representing their needs within the product team.
• Utilize design thinking to outline comprehensive user, patient, and data journeys to enhance usability and overall experience.
• Facilitate customer and user engagement sessions to gather feedback.
• Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to guide prioritization and product strategy.
• Define and monitor product KPIs aligned with business-unit OKRs.
• Evaluate third-party solutions with technical teams for cost-effectiveness and strategic alignment.
• Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog effectively.
• Oversee the demand funnel and prioritize new tasks entering the team.
• Approve requirements and user story documentation while coordinating acceptance criteria and standards for readiness.
• Ensure timely delivery of scalable, quality, and interoperable solutions.
• Coordinate product releases and associated communications.
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
• Collaborate with development leaders to enhance delivery predictability, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• Create and maintain product communications collateral for sales, marketing, and implementation teams.
• Monitor and enhance the product team's return on investment alongside finance and sales.
• Assist sales with product collateral, training, and pitches to prospects.
• Support the go-to-market strategy for new features and products.
• Aid in the development of product-related business cases using cost assessments, user analytics, and platform insights.
• Proven experience as a product owner with a strong emphasis on delivery and demonstrable customer value.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and online communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently.
• Strong user and customer orientation.
• Effective problem-solving and option-generation skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.
• Adaptable and resilient in a constantly evolving environment.
• Documented experience as a SaaS product owner.
• Familiarity with delivering AI/data products is a plus.
• Experience in utilizing AI to enhance efficiency and collaborating with an AI-enabled development team is advantageous.
• Experience in agile, scaled agile, and waterfall methodologies is beneficial.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
• Knowledge of product management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Aha! is advantageous.
• Experience in scaling products internationally is beneficial.
• No specific qualifications are mandatory; however, a degree or equivalent certifications in product, project management, business, or a technical field would be advantageous.
• Must have the pre-existing right to work and travel within the UK; documentary evidence is required.
• Satisfactory vetting and reference checks are necessary.
• Ability to obtain UK Security Clearance is essential.
