Product Owner, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a well-organized and prioritized Product Backlog.

• Prepare and facilitate grooming sessions, Sprint Planning, and Reviews.

• Convert product ideas, stakeholder needs, and user feedback into clear User Stories with specific acceptance criteria.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Lead to establish priorities, assess trade-offs, and progress the product roadmap.

• Assist the Product Lead in refining requirements based on user feedback, support requests, and data analysis.

• Act as the primary liaison among the Product Lead, stakeholders, Development, Design, and Quality Assurance.

• Track Sprint progress, identify obstacles early, and maintain the team's focus on key priorities.

• Actively engage with the agile team to influence product development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, such as Product Manager or Business Analyst with Product Owner duties.

• Experience in developing and managing AI-powered products.

• Strong grasp of how AI can be effectively integrated into products.

• Comprehensive knowledge of agile methodologies and Scrum.

• Practical experience with Backlog Management, refinement, Sprint Planning, and crafting User Stories.

• Ability to articulate complex requirements in a clear and understandable manner and create specific acceptance criteria.

• Confident in communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders, effectively bridging Business, Design, and Development.

• Structured, organized, and detail-oriented work approach.

• Familiarity with Jira or similar Backlog and collaboration tools.

• Capacity to make data-driven decisions.

• Proficiency in spoken and written German and English; both are crucial for this role.

• Good technical knowledge of APIs, microservices, and web platforms.

• A development background is advantageous.

• Experience in dentistry, healthcare, or medical technology is a plus but not mandatory.
