This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee daily operations of Business as Usual (BAU).
• Take ownership of the D365 product strategy and roadmap, ensuring the continuous development and maintenance of the product roadmap for Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O alongside our integrated third-party solutions.
• Organize and lead future implementation phases, encompassing Phase 2 and subsequent phases—defining scopes, prioritizing, and deploying additional D365 modules and functionalities that enhance capabilities across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Convert stakeholder requirements into actionable solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, etc.) to identify business needs and configure D365 to fulfill or surpass those requirements.
• Promote continuous improvement by recognizing, prioritizing, and delivering new features and enhancements.
• Work in partnership with the Wellbeing Collective D365 teams, including shared communities of practice alongside peer product owners.
• Ensure that Nutrafol's D365 instance consistently complies with AFCF and ICF control frameworks.
• Act as the primary D365 expert for Finance and Supply Chain/Operations functions.
• Manage ongoing change initiatives, which include creating and delivering effective communications, training, and documentation.
• Maintain the vendor relationship with third-party delivery partners and support teams.
• 8+ years of experience in a Business Analyst / Technical Product role with a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end business operational and financial processes, preferably within the CPG, Manufacturing, Wholesale, or Retail sectors; experience with DTC and eCommerce is advantageous.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with D365 implementation and a proven history of configuring, implementing, and optimizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, especially in the Supply Chain/Operations and Finance domains.
• Experience maintaining a D365 environment in BAU, which includes stabilization, ongoing support operations, collaboration with system administrators, and leading post-go-live optimization and multi-phase rollouts.
• Profound knowledge of eCommerce and direct-to-consumer models combined with traditional CPG sales methodologies.
• A highly collaborative demeanor with excellent stakeholder management abilities; an adept communicator capable of building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels, including global teams and parent-company partners.
• Capacity to convey a strategic vision and outline a product roadmap for the D365 platform, evaluate competing priorities, and make data-informed decisions that align with broader organizational objectives.
• Proven experience leading at least one successful ERP migration project, ideally transitioning from QuickBooks to D365.
• Comfortable working within an Agile framework.
