Product Owner, CIS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conduct discovery sessions with internal and external stakeholders to enhance product features and identify new opportunities.

• Oversee and assess product ideas originating from both internal and external sources.

• Facilitate continuous feedback loops throughout the development process.

• Collaborate with the Development Team Lead to ensure effective product delivery.

• Coordinate with Service Delivery regarding project requirements and customer transition timelines.

• Assist the Development team during SCRUM sprint cycles.

• Work with Customer Success to discern trends in customer issues and enhancement requests.

• Showcase products to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Provide training on new features for internal users and customers.

• Help establish product management processes and best practices.

• Partner with the Product Manager to define objectives and key results for the CIS product.

• Collaborate on quality management practices during design, development, and release phases.

• Anticipate product item availability.

• Assist in sales estimations for development work that can be quoted.

• Collaborate with business development on RFP responses and Statements of Work.

• Oversee the CIS product backlog and implement the product roadmap.

• Develop a deep understanding of the utilities industry, products, and users.

• Contribute to the education and enablement of the user community.
