This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Leading discovery sessions with internal and external stakeholders to enhance current product features and identify new opportunities.
• Overseeing and assessing product ideas from various internal and external sources.
• Facilitating feedback cycles throughout the development process to ensure concepts are transformed into valuable products.
• Collaborating closely with a Development Team Lead to guarantee the successful launch of products.
• Engaging with Service Delivery to clarify specific project needs and influence customer transition timelines.
• Assisting the Development team throughout the SCRUM sprint cycles.
• Coordinating with Customer Success to detect patterns and trends in customer concerns and enhancement requests.
• Delivering product demonstrations to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Providing education on new features to support user enablement for both internal staff and external customers.
• Working together to define product management processes and best practices, along with internal training on these processes.
• Collaborating with the Product Manager to establish objectives and key results for the CIS product.
• Partnering with the product management team on Quality Management practices throughout the design, development, and release phases.
• Offering forecasts on the availability of product items.
• Assisting in the sales process by estimating quotable development work.
• Collaborating with business development on responses to RFPs and Statement of Work documents.
• You possess a thorough and detail-oriented approach.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable in a dynamic environment that requires frequent context switching, shifting priorities, and effective prioritization.
• You exhibit positivity, creativity, and curiosity.
• A solid understanding of system design and analysis.
• Strong B2B product and business experience, including direct interaction with enterprise customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience in the Utilities Industry would be advantageous.
• You excel at working closely and collaboratively with others, whether they are colleagues or customers.
