This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams to guarantee alignment and clarity.
• Facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and convert business needs into clearly defined user stories.
• Develop, prioritize, and sustain a transparent product backlog that aligns with business goals.
• Assist clients in their digital transformation and eCommerce strategies.
• Work together with strategy, business, and technical teams to provide high-quality solutions.
• Document and diagram customer systems effectively.
• Discover new business opportunities.
• Report directly to the Account & Delivery Director.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Business Analyst, preferably in an eCommerce setting.
• Solid experience in business analysis, including the examination of business processes, identifying gaps, and proposing solutions.
• Capability to ask pertinent questions to shape and clarify the eCommerce vision and strategy.
• Strong familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Magento and Shopify.
• Knowledge of related systems including ERP and DAM.
• Experience in documenting requirements, such as functional specifications, process flows, and use cases.
• Proficient in bridging business objectives with technical implementation.
• Required fluency in both French and English, spoken and written.
• Skills in workshop facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Ability to adjust communication for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of business analysis techniques and documentation practices.
• Awareness of e-business challenges, strategies, and best practices.
• Experience in business process modeling and eCommerce business rules.
• Proven track record of working in an Agile environment utilizing Scrum.
• Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) certification is a valuable asset but not mandatory.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst, particularly in eCommerce or digital transformation projects, is highly regarded.
