This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Facilitate the iterative delivery of customer value by segmenting initiatives into regularly releasable increments.
• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with customers and users, ensuring their needs are represented within the product team.
• Utilize design thinking to outline user, patient, and data journeys, enhancing usability.
• Lead sessions for customer and user engagement and feedback.
• Keep abreast of the domain, market trends, and competitors to guide prioritization and product decisions.
• Define and monitor product KPIs in alignment with business-unit OKRs.
• Evaluate third-party solutions with technical teams for value and strategic alignment.
• Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog effectively.
• Oversee the demand funnel and manage requirements and user-story documentation.
• Coordinate the delivery of scalable, high-quality, and interoperable solutions and releases.
• Manage release communications and readiness for both customers and stakeholders.
• Cultivate relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and customers.
• Enhance team workflows, delivery predictability, quality, efficiency, and overall effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain product collateral for communication, sales, marketing, and implementation teams.
• Track and improve product-team ROI in collaboration with finance and sales.
• Assist in sales enablement, prospect presentations, go-to-market strategies, and business cases.
• Experienced product owner with a strong focus on delivery and customer value.
• Excellent written, in-person, and online communication and presentation abilities.
• Self-motivated individual capable of working independently.
• Strong user and customer orientation.
• Skills in problem-solving and generating options.
• Outstanding time-management and organizational abilities.
• Adaptable and resilient in a dynamic environment.
• Candidates must demonstrate pre-existing eligibility to work and travel within the UK; documentary proof is required.
• This role necessitates UK Security Clearance.
• Successful completion of vetting and reference checks is required.
• Advantageous: Proven experience in SaaS product ownership with a track record of delivering customer value.
• Advantageous: Experience in delivering AI/data products and collaborating with AI-enabled development teams.
• Advantageous: Familiarity with agile, scaled agile, and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Advantageous: Experience in the healthcare sector.
• Advantageous: Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, or Aha!
• Advantageous: Experience in scaling a product internationally.
• No specific qualifications are mandatory; a degree level or equivalent certifications in product, project management, business, or a technical field would be beneficial.
