Product Owner, B2B

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Lithuania.

📋 Description

• Establishing the product vision and managing the backlog informed by market analysis, client insights, and the company's strategic goals.

• Taking full responsibility for your products, overseeing everything from ideation and development to launch, growth, and ongoing maintenance.

• Engaging in continuous learning from the industry, clients, and competitors.

• Collaborating closely with the entire team to ensure that priorities, tasks, and daily operations are well understood, leading to successful outcomes.

• Communicating with the Leadership team to propose and clarify potential solutions for business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Ownership, Project Management, and/or Business Analysis.

• Proven experience in guiding teams and management towards making informed decisions.

• Capability to effectively remove obstacles to maintain momentum on initiatives.

• Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work within a cross-functional team that includes engineers, designers, marketers, and business stakeholders.

• Ability to demonstrate strategic thinking by utilizing relevant information to diagnose issues, identify potential solutions, and collaborate with affected groups to facilitate decision-making.

• Familiarity with Networking, VPN, or Data scraping products (additional points awarded).

• Experience in a team leadership role (additional points awarded).

• Understanding of blockchain technology (additional points awarded).
