Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from initial discovery and roadmap creation to ongoing iterations driven by client and market insights.

• Lead discussions with clients from the initial pitch through the onboarding process and into long-term account management.

• Convert client requirements and business objectives into precise product specifications.

• Collaborate closely with development teams and utilize AI assistance tools.

• Articulate the product's value in a consultative manner by educating and advising clients.

• Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients to foster renewals, growth, and referrals.

• Proactively engage with existing accounts to identify challenges, manage expectations, and uncover new opportunities.

• Collect and prioritize feedback from clients, internal stakeholders, and users to inform product direction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management or product ownership.

• Proven experience in defining roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and collaborating with development teams.

• Established business development or sales experience with a consultative, relationship-oriented approach.

• Demonstrated success in retaining and expanding client accounts over time.

• Native or near-native proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities across both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Comfortable working in a distributed, remote, global team across various time zones.

• Sales experience is a plus.

• Experience working with US clients is an added advantage.
