This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from the Innovation Committee, partners, vendors, and customers to implement and track approved product initiatives outlined in the Product Roadmap.
• Create, refine, and prioritize the Product Backlog.
• Convert business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
• Oversee the completion of assigned product initiatives and support the product requirements lifecycle.
• Formulate plans, define scope, establish schedules, and outline tasks for product initiatives.
• Validate releases against acceptance criteria prior to their inclusion in the product baseline.
• Serve as the champion and subject matter expert for designated products.
• Assess market trends, predict market needs, document emerging requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Recognize opportunities for product innovation and enhancements.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Plan, monitor, and report on product performance KPIs.
• Maximize gross profit margins through cost reductions, pricing adjustments, or market exits.
• Develop business cases for items on the roadmap and track investment ROI.
• Monitor product lifecycles and coordinate end-of-life analyses and strategies.
• Analyze and modify product-related business processes to improve profitability, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in the development of sales tools and collateral.
• Coordinate internal teams to execute go-to-market strategies.
• Oversee alpha and beta launches of new offerings.
• Support sales and marketing efforts by communicating requirements and system capabilities, participating in client visits, and aiding sales initiatives.
• Prepare and deliver product presentations and training for sales teams.
• At least 5 years of proven product leadership experience with a consistent record of innovation.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in launching cross-functional product initiatives for SMBs and/or enterprise customers in the US market.
• At least 5 years of robust technical experience, ideally in telecommunications or software development.
• Familiarity with SD-WAN, SASE, Managed Security, Managed Networking (WAN/LAN/Wi-Fi), and/or Agentic AI products is advantageous.
• Experience with Confluence, Jira, Figma, Balsamiq, and Miro is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of telecommunications products and technologies, particularly voice, data, and layered services in cloud infrastructure.
• In-depth knowledge of direct and wholesale sales models.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams at all levels and functions.
• Capacity to develop business cases, product pricing and packaging strategies, and initiatives for margin improvement.
• Excellent critical-thinking, problem-solving, analytical, organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to articulate complex information clearly and persuasively to executive-level audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills alongside effective interpersonal interaction capabilities.
• Outstanding documentation, analytical, modeling, and financial abilities using Microsoft Office software.
• Experience with Confluence and/or Jira is a plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing varied priorities.
