Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product backlog in JIRA, prioritizing features, enhancements, and defects based on business value and strategic goals.

• Craft clear and concise user stories with measurable acceptance criteria to effectively guide the engineering and QA teams.

• Collaborate with clients, operations, compliance, engineering, QA, and leadership to gather, refine, and document requirements.

• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies.

• Outline the product roadmap and release plans that align with business and regulatory priorities.

• Ensure that delivered features fulfill business objectives, operational requirements, and healthcare regulatory standards.

• Analyze workflows to discover opportunities for automation, optimization, and efficiency enhancements.

• Work in partnership with QA to validate acceptance criteria and guarantee high-quality product releases.

• Monitor metrics, risks, and delivery progress; provide clear status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager within an Agile setting.

• Extensive hands-on experience with JIRA, encompassing backlog management, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.

• Proven ability to write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.

• In-depth understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint execution.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and documentation capabilities.

• Proficiency in translating complex business requirements into clear technical deliverables.

• Experience in healthcare technology, healthcare operations, or regulated environments is strongly preferred.
