This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take ownership of and prioritize the squad's backlog.
• Convert business requirements into well-defined user stories with comprehensive acceptance criteria.
• Ensure that user stories are clearly articulated, accurately scoped, and ready for the development team's intake.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, UX/Design, Operations, and engineering teams to refine requirements and provide customer-focused solutions.
• Assist in Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Offer continuous clarification to the delivery teams.
• Define test scenarios and acceptance criteria; work alongside QA and engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the delivery team.
• Oversee priorities, risks, dependencies, and resolutions to issues.
• Lead or assist in business process transformation, platform implementation, plan conversion, and data migration projects.
• Analyze business processes, data flows, operational impacts, and interdependencies across functions.
• Coordinate testing, validation, deployment readiness, and activities for post-implementation support.
• Communicate updates on progress, risks, decisions, and delivery milestones.
• Promote continuous improvement through feedback, metrics, lessons learned, and iterative delivery practices.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, operations, project delivery, or related business functions.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience supporting Agile/SAFe teams as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar capacity.
• Proven experience in owning and prioritizing backlogs.
• Proficient in developing user stories and facilitating end-to-end delivery.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving.
• Ability to navigate complex business and technology dependencies across various teams.
• Experience in supporting requirements gathering, UAT, release readiness, implementation, and post-production support.
• Preferred experience in business transformation, platform modernization, conversion, migration, or implementation initiatives.
• Familiarity with business process analysis, operational impacts, data mapping, data validation, reconciliation, and activities related to implementation readiness is beneficial.
