This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take ownership of the squad backlog and prioritize tasks while translating business requirements into user stories complete with acceptance criteria.
• Ensure that user stories are well-defined and ready for the development team's intake.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, UX/Design, Operations, and engineering teams to refine requirements and provide customer-focused solutions.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Offer continuous clarification to delivery teams.
• Establish test scenarios and acceptance criteria, working closely with QA to ensure quality delivery.
• Engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Manage priorities, risks, dependencies, and the resolution of issues.
• Lead or assist in business process transformation, platform implementations, plan conversions, and data migration projects.
• Evaluate business processes, data flows, operational impacts, and interdepartmental dependencies.
• Oversee testing, validation, deployment readiness, and post-implementation support.
• Communicate updates regarding progress, risks, decisions, and delivery milestones.
• Promote continuous improvement using feedback, metrics, lessons learned, and iterative delivery methodologies.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, business analysis, operations, project delivery, or related business areas.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting Agile/SAFe teams in roles such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar.
• Proven experience in owning and prioritizing backlogs.
• Experience in developing user stories.
• Background in supporting end-to-end delivery processes.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving.
• Ability to navigate complex business and technology dependencies across various teams.
• Experience in supporting requirements gathering, UAT, release readiness, implementation, and post-production support.
• Preferred experience in business transformation, platform modernization, conversion, migration, or implementation initiatives.
• Familiarity with business process analysis, operational impacts, data mapping, data validation, reconciliation, and activities related to implementation readiness is a plus.
