Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Convert customer requirements within your field into product specifications.

• Develop a sustainable product strategy and propel product development with your innovative concepts, alongside research into customer sectors and the competitive landscape.

• Generate value-adding iterations and transform them into well-defined backlog items with clear acceptance criteria.

• Oversee and prioritize your domain’s backlog, emphasizing customer value and product advantages.

• Actively influence the execution of product concepts as the representative of the software development team.

• Promote agile and iterative collaboration with the software development team.

• Collaborate with the Product Management team to formulate a solid roadmap for the monetization platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager within agile teams.

• Proven experience in proactively developing and enhancing products.

• Capacity to maintain an overview of complex products with varying customer needs and advance development effectively.

• Familiarity with business models such as pay-per-use and subscriptions.

• Understanding of the requirements related to billing, payment, and accounting processes.

• Eagerness to gain a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter pertaining to your area of responsibility.

• Ability to articulate clear requirements and success criteria.

• Proficient in managing both functional and non-functional requirements.

• Experience in integrating and overseeing third-party providers within your product.

• Competence in confidently communicating complex requirements and legal aspects in both German and English.

• A passion for teamwork and a proactive approach to knowledge sharing.
