Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Report directly to the Senior Manager of Product Management and maintain regular interaction with cross-functional leaders.

• Transform the product vision and roadmap into actionable product specifications for engineering.

• Take ownership of the development backlog, including the grooming and acceptance of features and requirements.

• Assess business needs, refine priorities, set milestones and deliverables, and pinpoint opportunities and risks within an Agile framework.

• Convert roadmap features into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.

• Prioritize and manage the sprint backlog for designated products.

• Spearhead the product functional design process leveraging knowledge of users and technology.

• Collaborate with stakeholders from analytics, design/user experience, engineering, and user enablement.

• Define the self-service user experience, customer support, and monitoring in conjunction with user-focused departments.

• Monitor and report on product performance after launch to assess future investment opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree along with 4 years of experience in product or project development.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Product Management and/or Product Development.

• Experience in launching software or services in collaboration with engineering teams.

• Familiarity with Agile principles.

• Strong proficiency in prototyping and iterative development processes.

• Experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable; healthcare experience is advantageous.

• A blend of technical expertise and business insight.

• A customer-centric approach.

• Outstanding project management capabilities with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Exceptional communication skills to engage, influence, and motivate partners and stakeholders.

• A high level of organization, personal initiative, and accountability.

• Understanding of Agile product development methodologies, such as Scrum.
