This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of one or more software products throughout their lifecycle, encompassing discovery, requirements gathering, delivery, adoption, and iteration.
• Create and oversee product roadmaps that balance legal and business priorities with technical feasibility and platform strategy.
• Collect and convert requirements from legal partners, attorneys, operations teams, and clients into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineering teams during Agile development phases, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, story refinement, and release management.
• Build strong relationships with legal partners, firm leadership, engineers, designers, and support teams.
• Independently drive product workflows, making decisions on priorities, trade-offs, and scope.
• Quickly prototype and validate ideas utilizing AI-assisted development tools.
• Remain updated on AI models, tools, and software development practices.
• Define and monitor success metrics through data and stakeholder feedback.
• Support multiple simultaneous software initiatives across the legal enterprise portfolio.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Product Owner in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven history of delivering enterprise software.
• Capability to gather requirements and deliver software products from concept to production.
• Experience in owning and managing product roadmaps with accountability for results.
• Strong stakeholder management abilities across legal, business, and technical audiences.
• Self-directed, independent working style with a strong sense of ownership regarding customer satisfaction and product workflows.
• Practical experience or substantial familiarity with AI-assisted development tools, such as Claude Code or similar.
• Knowledge of the latest AI models and software trends.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• MBA or an equivalent advanced business degree (preferred).
• Experience in legal technology, especially in immigration law or case management platforms (preferred).
• Background in or alongside law firms, legal operations, or regulated enterprise environments (preferred).
