Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and uphold the product vision and roadmaps for 1-2 teams of moderate complexity.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively.

• Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and development teams.

• Make informed strategic prioritization decisions.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among various teams.

• Oversee product delivery utilizing Agile/SDLC methodologies.

• Evaluate and communicate risks and dependencies.

• Measure and report on the success of the product.

• Supervise product budget and resource distribution.

• Promote ongoing improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.

• Over 7 years of experience in product ownership or business analysis.

• More than 3 years of technical professional experience.

• Experience in project/program management.

• Background in the financial services industry (preferred).

• Familiarity with Agile values and principles (preferred).

• Experience with Six Sigma, Lean, and/or Kaizen methodologies (preferred).
